Content compatibility between different stores

We strongly recommend that customers buy games and extra content for their game (such as Season Pass or DLCs) from the same digital store to ensure compatibility. In most cases, players will run into compatibility issues if they buy a game from Uplay or Epic and then a Season Pass (or any other additional content) from our store. Unless stated otherwise, the game and the content are not going to be compatible unless purchased from the same store. Particular games on Steam also have compatibility issues, such as Final Fantasy XIV. Please read our Product pages carefully before confirming purchase.
